E-learning voice over
Consistent across all modules
E-learning voice over
in Swedish and English
I record e-learning voice over for modules and online courses — in Swedish and English. Consistency matters. I keep tone and pacing stable across the course, and deliver files that are easy to drop into your LMS.

E-learning – Training
Pedagogical and even pacing for courses and training modules.
In e-learning, the voice is not just delivering information – it is the learner's constant companion throughout the programme. A voice that changes energy, pacing or tone between modules creates cognitive friction: the learner notices the inconsistency and that noticing pulls attention away from the content.
This is why I record all modules in the same session setup and maintain detailed notes on delivery decisions made for each project. When you return six months later to update a module, the new recording matches the existing library.
Same voice. Same energy. Same learning experience – from module one to module forty.
Identical session setup
Same microphone position, preamp settings and room acoustics for every recording in your project – regardless of when each batch is recorded.
Delivery notes per project
I keep detailed notes on the energy level, pacing and emphasis decisions made for your specific course. Updates months later sound exactly right.
Pronunciation list precision
Product names, technical terms and brand-specific words are documented before recording and applied consistently across every slide and module.
Level and EQ matching
All files are delivered at the same level and with consistent EQ – so your audio editor can drop them straight into the timeline without any matching work.

Frequently asked questions
How does pricing work for large e-learning projects?
Pricing is based on the total word count or finished audio minutes across all modules. For projects over a certain volume, batch pricing applies – effectively a per-module rate that decreases as the total project grows. You will receive a complete project estimate with a per-module breakdown so you can plan your budget precisely.
Can you maintain the same tone across all modules?
Yes – this is one of the most important things I do for e-learning clients. I keep detailed session notes for every project, including microphone setup, energy level decisions and pronunciation choices. Whether your project runs over three weeks or three months, the recordings in your final batch will match your first batch seamlessly.
What file formats do you deliver?
WAV (typically 48kHz/16-bit or 44.1kHz/16-bit), MP3 (up to 320kbps) and OGG Vorbis. I match the exact specifications your authoring tool requires. If you are unsure, just tell me which LMS and authoring tool you use and I will include the correct format in the quote.
Do you accept pronunciation lists?
Yes – and I strongly recommend them for technical or branded content. Send me your pronunciation guide before I start recording and I will review it, confirm any queries, and apply every term consistently throughout the project. Pronunciation decisions are logged in the project notes for future updates.
What if we need to update a module later?
Single-section re-records are available on request. Because I keep session notes for every project, I can precisely match the original delivery – the updated audio will be indistinguishable from the recordings made months earlier. Send me the revised slides and I will quote for the specific sections that need updating.
