How much does explainer voice over cost?
Pricing depends on script length, delivery timeline and any add-ons. A typical 60–90 second explainer usually falls between SEK 1,600 and 5,000. You receive a fixed written quote before any work begins – no surprises.
How quickly can I get delivery?
Standard delivery is 1–3 business days from approval. Same-day or next-business-day rush delivery is available on request, subject to availability. I work in UTC+1 (Stockholm) and communicate in English.
Are revisions included?
Yes – one revision round is always included at no extra cost. If you need adjustments to pacing, emphasis or individual words, those are handled quickly. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
What file formats do you deliver?
Standard delivery is broadcast-quality WAV and MP3. I can also deliver AIFF, FLAC or any other specified format. Timecoded files for animation sync are available as an add-on.
Can I use background music with the voice over?
I deliver voice over without background music – that is added by your editor or producer. If you need the pacing matched to a specific music track, send a reference (e.g. timecodes or marked pauses in the script) and I will adapt the recording.
What is the difference between explainer and corporate voice over?
Explainer voice over focuses on making a product, service or process clear and engaging – often paired with animation. Corporate voice over has a broader scope: company culture, recruitment, internal communication. The explainer read is typically a little faster, more direct and instructional.
