What is the turnaround time for bulk localization projects?
For standard batches of up to 30 assets, typical delivery is 3–5 business days from script approval. Larger volumes are scheduled in agreed milestones. Rush delivery is available on request — I can deliver same-day for urgent single files.
Do you offer volume pricing for large localization projects?
Yes — I offer tiered volume pricing for projects with 50 or more assets. The per-asset rate decreases as the volume increases. Send your asset list or a representative sample and I will structure a quote with clear milestone pricing.
Can you sign an NDA before we share project materials?
Absolutely. I routinely sign NDAs before receiving any materials. If you have a standard NDA, send it over and I will return it signed within one business day. I also have my own NDA template available if you need one.
What file formats do you deliver?
I deliver in any format your pipeline requires: WAV (broadcast-quality, uncompressed), MP3, AAC, FLAC, or telephony formats like u-law and A-law. Sample rates from 8 kHz to 96 kHz. Files are named and organized according to your specification.
Can you match lip-sync timing for dubbed video?
Yes — for video dubbing projects, I match pacing and emphasis to the source audio so the Swedish version aligns with the on-screen visuals. For strict lip-sync, I work from timecoded scripts or spotted dialogue lists. A test segment is always available before committing to the full project.
What is your revision policy?
One revision round is included in every project at no extra cost. This covers changes to delivery, pacing, emphasis or pronunciation. Re-records required due to script changes after the original recording are quoted separately, typically at a reduced rate for existing clients.
