Common questions about the quote process

Do I need a finished script to send a request?

No. A short description of the project is enough – the type of video, the target audience, and the tone you are going for. You can send the script later, or you and I can discuss it when I put together your quote. A price estimate can be given without a finished script.

How is the price calculated?

Pricing is based primarily on script length (number of words or minutes) and usage rights (internal, external, broadcast, etc.). Every quote specifies exactly what is included. No add-on fees for file format, file naming, or standard communication during the project.

What if I am not happy with the recording?

One revision round is always included at no extra charge. This covers things like typos in the script, adjustments to pacing, or emphasis on individual words. Re-recording the entire script due to content changes is treated as a new assignment.

How quickly can you deliver if I have an urgent deadline?
