What audio formats do you deliver IVR files in?
Standard delivery is WAV (16-bit, 8 kHz or 16 kHz mono) which works with most phone systems. I also deliver MP3, µ-law (.wav), A-law (.wav) and G.711 depending on your system requirements. Just tell me your platform or provider and I'll deliver the right format.
How much does IVR voice over cost?
Pricing is based on the number of prompts and total script length. You always get a fixed quote – no hourly rates or hidden fees. Package deals available for larger menu trees. See the rates page for guide prices.
How quickly can I get the files?
Standard delivery is 1–2 business days. Same-day or next-day express delivery is available at an additional cost. Let me know your deadline and I'll accommodate.
Do you record in both Swedish and English?
